Cancellation Policy

Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

"Great Condo"

We loved our time here. The condo had everything we could desire and the property was amazing. They set up beach chairs and umbrellas for us daily. The pool was large and refreshing. Thank you Rick for taking great care of us.

Beach Residences -Lido 308 by FGC

"Perfect Paradise"

This condo is located right down the hall from all the building amenities and the only balcony with a walk down to the relaxing pool deck. This private pool is only for residents of this building, but we also were given a Ritz Beach membership, so we could join the Club pool and beach that's next door. What a perfect place to stay. we will be back.

"Great house and location"

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. We spent most of our time on the back patio and roof top deck. The sunsets from the roof top deck were amazing!!! The location was great, short walk to the beach and restaurants.
