We loved this condo. It was well taken care of and had everything we needed. Beachplace was a great community with very nice staff and friendly guests to meet. Rick was very helpful along the way. The Beach was amazing and they set up our chairs every day for us! We can not wait to come back.
We really enjoyed Beachplace Bldg #3, Unit 205! We found the unit to be very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The unit had everything we needed.
The entire complex is kept up with on a daily basis. Rick was responsive to our inquiries and provided excellent service.
This was our sixth year renting a unit through Rick and our first year at Beachplace. We could have not been more pleased. The unit had an excellent location, was clean and very well maintained. There were activities at the complex almost every day including the annual golf outing at the Longboat Key Club. We immediately signed a lease for next year and cannot wait to come back.
We had an amazing stay. Rick went beyond his way to accommodate some last minute requests. Beautiful place with a gorgeous view and beach. We’ll definitely be back.
We have rented from Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for the past two years and Rick has been very responsive, positive and extremely helpful when needed, which has not been that often! We would highly recommend using his organization for rentals.
Unit 301 in Building 3 at Beach Place. As usual, Rick did an outstanding getting the unit ready for us and attending to questions we had during our stay which were very few. The unit has a great view of the Gulf and the Pool area, very close to both and well worth the price we paid. We were able to check in a day early and also stayed an extra week which was handled by Rick in a very professional and timely manner. we highly recommend this location and also recommend using Rick and Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for any rental arrangements in the future.
We loved our time here. The condo had everything we could desire and the property was amazing. They set up beach chairs and umbrellas for us daily. The pool was large and refreshing. Thank you Rick for taking great care of us.
This home was exactly what my family of 5 was looking for in a rental. The pool and backyard was private and fenced in. We could walk to St Armand’s Circle in less than 5 minutes. There were 2 beaches within walking distance. One with a pavilion and the northern beach which is less crowded. They provide a wagon to fill with all the necessary beach gear. Pictures don’t do the size justice. We had plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/family room for us all to have our own space. Percent house and location!
We have been coming to Beachplace for years and love all it has to offer. 3-304 is a great condo and our family loved it. Had everything you could ever need. Thanks to Rick for helping us throughout our stay. we look forward to our next visit.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
This unit was wonderful! It is very comfortable to stay in this condo. Lots of towels and sheets. Kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. Parking is convenient. Pool is heated and probably the best condominium community pool in the area! Sunrise is beautiful from the condo living room!! Sunsets are spectacular from the balcony or, even better, the beach. From this condo door, your toes are touching the sand in 5 minutes. The condo community is very friendly. We enjoyed ourselves so much at this condo that we will be returning. The condo management was easy to work with and very responsive. Definitely a great find!!
Your Review: Our stay at Beachplace was just wonderful. The apartment was clean, well appointed and spacious . The location was perfect for both a relaxing day at the pool/beach or to explore further afield.
We had one issue with the A/C, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently by Rick who organized the repair company and kept us informed.
We would definitely stay again.
I can't say enough wonderful things about this property! If I have to pick my favorite aspect of this AirBnb, it would have to be location. Only a block from Saint Armands Circle with all the restaurants, shopping and ice cream minutes from your front door. Walk from your front door in the other direction and you are on beautiful Lido beach. Another direction and you can kayak the mangrove tunnels. Quick drive over the bridge and you have a centralized location for Downtown Sarasota or pop over to Bradenton, Siesta Key and even Venice for dinner. This introvert/indoor family only spent our time outdoors and walking around the beautiful island. The house and property are the perfect size for a family vacation with children. Not too big to get overwhelmed with keeping tidy, but definitely not small and everyone has space. Hosts provided everything we needed for the household and plenty of equipment to take to the beach or on a quick bike ride! We are already making plans to make this our "summer spot" for years to come!!
