A memorable stay on the Gulf Coast
Your Review: We spent February and March at Beachplace with a frontal view of the Gulf. There were endless sunsets. All of them different. We knew Beachplace well since we had owned a unit there for about 20 years. We were familiar with the pools, the gym, the pickle ball courts and more. The unit was well-equipped, light and easy to feel at home in.
Dealing with Rick was easy. From the beginning with all of the paperwork, to receiving necessary information upon arrival. There were no problems. When we had a few minor technical glitches in the beginning of our stay Rick was there immediately with hands-on help to resolve the issues. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable and easy to deal with.
We would strongly recommend staying at Beachplace and doing business with Rick.
We stayed here in August and September 2024 and absolutely adored this home. From the moment we arrived, it felt welcoming, comfortable, and like the perfect beach getaway. The home is beautifully decorated with plenty of charm, yet spacious enough for everyone to spread out and relax. Everything was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and clearly cared for. One of our favorite features is the location. St. Armands Circle is just a block away, making it easy to walk to dinner, browse the shops, or grab a treat. There are so many wonderful restaurants nearby, and we felt completely comfortable letting the kids walk over for ice cream—which they loved. Having so much within walking distance made our stay feel effortless and relaxed. The beach is only a short walk away and absolutely stunning. Between the beach and the pool, our kids were in heaven! When we wanted to explore farther, downtown Sarasota was just a quick trip across the bridge. What we loved most was how quickly the home made us feel at ease. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in, unwind, and simply enjoy time together. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we left with wonderful family memories. We can’t wait to return!
Lido Bliss was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We had the best time at this gorgeous home! There are beautiful views of the ocean and the city, easy access to the Beach Club across the street, every amenity you can think of, plus easy walkability to St. Armand's Circle. Perfection! Your Review: Our stay at Beachplace was just wonderful. The apartment was clean, well appointed and spacious . The location was perfect for both a relaxing day at the pool/beach or to explore further afield.
We had one issue with the A/C, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently by Rick who organized the repair company and kept us informed.
We would definitely stay again.
Great house to rent super close to the beach. Rick was very responsive to any questions that we had. I would recommend this property plan on coming here again.
Condo made us feel like we were at home. Rick and his staff at Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals did their normal great job of being available when needed and is by far the best agency in the rental business. The condo condition, location and provided essentials were excellent and highly recommended. We have already rented for 4 months in 2026 and look forward to our upcoming visits. After four years of renting in the LBK area, we have finally found our forever rental when available.
This is a great property with outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico and literally steps away from the superb beach. The apartment is fully renovated, beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. We had all we needed for relaxing holiday. Master bedroom was spacious with huge walk in closet.
We loved sitting out on the enclosed balcony listening to the ocean waves and watching awesome sunsets. If you like luxury accommodation on the beach, this is the place. We will definitely go back
A really nice, well kept house with an excellent location a block and a half from the circle at St. Armond's. We enjoyed our stay there. Rick was very accommodating and responded quickly to our requests

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee and any HOA fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

Extremely happy with our stay at BeachPlace. The condo was very clean and all utilities needed for a comfortable stay were there. Being an older couple, we found access to the beach and to the pool within a easy walk. Being beachfont, the views are amazing especially for sunset. BUT, what made this stay at BeachPlace most comfortable and pleasant was the earnest desire and immediate on going attention Rick provided. Rick was accommodating and resourceful throughout our stay. It was obvious he cared to make our stay relaxing and not eventful. Thank You Rick. Hope to revisit next April.

Fantastic accommodation for my parents at 8-603 Beach Place from October 14 to Nov 15, 2025.
Rick met us when we first arrived at the property and explained clearly to my parents how everything worked. The Condo was fitted out to a very high standard and everything was very clean. My parents were delighted and really couldn’t have asked for anything more on their vacation. We would have no hesitation in recommending Rick @ Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals to anyone renting in LBK. George
