We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was outstanding: friendly, responsive, and truly attentive. They offered great local recommendations and clearly put a lot of care into making the stay enjoyable. The location was perfect as well—quiet, safe, and close to everything I wanted to explore. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

We knew Beachplace well since we had owned a unit there for about 20 years. We were familiar with the pools, the gym, the pickle ball courts and more. The unit was well-equipped, light and easy to feel at home in. Dealing with Rick was easy. From the beginning with all of the paperwork, to receiving necessary information upon arrival. There were no problems. When we had a few minor technical glitches in the beginning of our stay Rick was there immediately with hands-on help to resolve the issues. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable and easy to deal with. We would strongly recommend staying at Beachplace and doing business with Rick.
This is our second year renting the same house for the month of March. The house was perfectly maintained, spotless, and reasonably priced. Rick and his team overdelivered yet again this year. I can't recommend Florida Gulf Coast Vacations enough. We've already booked again for next year!

If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

his was our second time staying at this beautiful villa. With a lovely pool, a short stroll to shops and restaurants plus just a few yards from the beach it really is the perfect location. The home has a well equipped kitchen and all the bedrooms have super comfy beds. Thank you Rick for dealing with a couple of minor issues so quickly. We look forward to returning again soon

This home was exactly what my family of 5 was looking for in a rental. The pool and backyard was private and fenced in. We could walk to St Armand’s Circle in less than 5 minutes. There were 2 beaches within walking distance. One with a pavilion and the northern beach which is less crowded. They provide a wagon to fill with all the necessary beach gear. Pictures don’t do the size justice. We had plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/family room for us all to have our own space. Percent house and location!
