We had a great month at Beachpace and loved 3-304. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying watching the Gulf of Mexico. Wonderful to go to the beach and have everything already set up for you. Loved this condo. Amazingly clean and had everything I needed. Thank you Florida Gulf Coast for a wonderful stay.
our stay was wonderful, place is bigger then the pictures. Very clean and stylish house, very comfortable furniture and beds. Surrounding areas were awesome, beach walkable distance but we loved taking the beach bikes.. bars, restaurants and boutiques shop within a 2 block walk from house, downtown Sarasota so close and beautiful. Everything from beach to outdoor activities( tennis, pickle ball, biking, waking, jogging and kayak) at your door step would definitelty rent again. Thank you Marisa
This condo is located right down the hall from all the building amenities and the only balcony with a walk down to the relaxing pool deck. This private pool is only for residents of this building, but we also were given a Ritz Beach membership, so we could join the Club pool and beach that's next door. What a perfect place to stay. we will be back.
We have rented from Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for the past two years and Rick has been very responsive, positive and extremely helpful when needed, which has not been that often! We would highly recommend using his organization for rentals.
This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view!! I was looking for a balcony with plenty of comfortable seats and space for my mother to enjoy the beach for her 90th birthday. It could not have been any better. She loved the view! My sisters and I had a wonderful weekend. This is the most beautiful condo and location I have ever found on my many trips to Florida. Rick was also very quick to answer my questions. The checkin/checkout process was so easy. Thank you!
As usual, Rick Benninghove and Florida Gulf Vacation Coast Rentals did their expected and awesome job for us. This was our 2nd rental of the unit and it is a great location and very nice amenities. BeachPlace is an awesome community, and we had very few minor items which Rick and the maintenance department handled expeditiously. The pool and beach are the best in the area. We highly recommend Rick and his company for any of your rental needs in this area.
This was the 5th year we have rented this apartment. Rick greeted us upon arrival and assisted us with the luggage. The apartment was very clean and orderly. Rick was always available for any questions or concerns and extremely responsive. We had the privilege of staying in an ocean-front unit at Beachplace last January for the entire month. This was our first month away for the winter and it couldn't have been more relaxing and special. The entire complex is beautifully maintained and cared for. It was wonderful to have the beach and all the chairs set out each day, but also nice to have access to the pool and hot tub. Our specific unit was very super nice, super clean, and very convenient. And the view! We made a point every day to be front and center on our balcony to watch the beautiful sun drop into the ocean. Spectacular colors and shows--each a little bit different from the other. Our time was spent exploring the area but also just leisurely walking along the beach. Heaven. So much so that we booked January for 2023!

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
