I can't say enough wonderful things about this property! If I have to pick my favorite aspect of this AirBnb, it would have to be location. Only a block from Saint Armands Circle with all the restaurants, shopping and ice cream minutes from your front door. Walk from your front door in the other direction and you are on beautiful Lido beach. Another direction and you can kayak the mangrove tunnels. Quick drive over the bridge and you have a centralized location for Downtown Sarasota or pop over to Bradenton, Siesta Key and even Venice for dinner. This introvert/indoor family only spent our time outdoors and walking around the beautiful island. The house and property are the perfect size for a family vacation with children. Not too big to get overwhelmed with keeping tidy, but definitely not small and everyone has space. Hosts provided everything we needed for the household and plenty of equipment to take to the beach or on a quick bike ride! We are already making plans to make this our "summer spot" for years to come!!
Extremely happy with our stay at BeachPlace. The condo was very clean and all utilities needed for a comfortable stay were there. Being an older couple, we found access to the beach and to the pool within a easy walk.
Being beachfont, the views are amazing especially for sunset.
BUT, what made this stay at BeachPlace most comfortable and pleasant was the
earnest desire and immediate on going attention Rick provided. Rick was accommodating and resourceful throughout our stay. It was obvious he cared to make our stay relaxing and not eventful. Thank You Rick.
Hope to revisit next April.
This home was exactly what my family of 5 was looking for in a rental. The pool and backyard was private and fenced in. We could walk to St Armand’s Circle in less than 5 minutes. There were 2 beaches within walking distance. One with a pavilion and the northern beach which is less crowded. They provide a wagon to fill with all the necessary beach gear. Pictures don’t do the size justice. We had plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/family room for us all to have our own space. Percent house and location!
May 2026 will be our third consecutive vacation in Beachplace 8105, the first being May 2024. We were delighted with the unit on all occasions, and this has not changed after another month there. The unit is is a stunning position being beachfront which is easily accessed using the single flight of steps directly from the unit terrace.
The complete renovations Beachplace 8105 had in 2017 have been completed to a very high standard and obviously all renters use it with care, respect to the furniture as everything is still immaculate. I must congratulate Rick from FGCVR as he must somehow control and vet the applications of renters to continue to keep the unit in such immaculate order. Our Daughter and Granddaughter joined us for the last week of our vacation in May 2025 and we missed having them with us again this year, but GCSE’s must prevail!
After agreeing an arrival time, we were met by Rick who ensured that we were very happy with the condominium and level of cleaning which was superb. Once again, we give Beachplace 8105 AND the hospitality by Rick and Katie a 5 Star rating, and so much did we enjoy our vacation that a reservation for May 2027 will hopefully be booked very soon.

Once again we had a great time in a beautiful condo. Everything was taking care just as promised without a single problem. We will probably rent it again next year for our third time. Do your family a favor and take advantage of this wonderful place.
We loved out Month here. Thanks to Rick and team we were well taken care of. Unit gets afternoon sun and nice view to the beach. Sarasota downtown is so near and Beachplace offers so much you don't need to leave. Loved the pool.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee and any HOA fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
We had a great month at Beachpace and loved 3-304. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying watching the Gulf of Mexico. Wonderful to go to the beach and have everything already set up for you. Rick has a beautiful and peaceful condo overlooking spectacular views that never grow old. Our time there flew by and we were very sorry to leave. Rick is a wonderful host and truly made us feel like we were in our own home. Looking forward to returning next year.
