“Our vacation in Longboat Key”
Unit 301 in Building 3 at Beach Place. As usual, Rick did an outstanding getting the unit ready for us and attending to questions we had during our stay which were very few. The unit has a great view of the Gulf and the Pool area, very close to both and well worth the price we paid. We were able to check in a day early and also stayed an extra week which was handled by Rick in a very professional and timely manner. we highly recommend this location and also recommend using Rick and Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for any rental arrangements in the future.

My beach rental on longboat key Florida was and is perfect in every way and form. First I would like to cite The exemplary service provided too me from gulf coast rentals is and has always been perfect and professional. The second fact I would like to cite the location of the rentals I have been privileged to have had use of are always in a stunning area with breath taking views and top notch amenities . The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. Two balconies overlook the Gulf and tennis courts. It was in a great location on the beach, a walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, CVS, and Publix. Whole Foods was not a bad drive to Sarasota. Tennis and pickleball courts were on site. The office managers and residents were very friendly and invited us to Friday night socials and to join them in playing tennis or pickleball. The kitchen was well stocked. Rick was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was beautiful with amazing views. The beach was gorgeous and not overly crowded. The neighborhood was nice, super convenient location to the pool and the beach. Rick was super responsive and always replied quickly. Would definitely love to stay here again!!

Your Review: Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals has been an outstanding service for our vacation needs. We have used this company multiple times and each time the service has been perfect from start to finish. Rick is great to deal with. He makes sure all of your needs are met from the very beginning. The communication is great, very strong attention to detail, and Rick is very easy to reach and responsive if there are any needs. We recently stayed at Beachplace building 3, unit 205. The condo was awesome. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything you could want. It was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, bath needs, beach towels, extra bedding, and plenty more. I highly recommend using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. It’s nice to know you don’t have to stress when it comes to planning vacation. They do it all for you. I can’t wait until our next vacation! Thank you Rick and all for making our vacation so pleasant!

“The perfect place for a girls getaway.”
Lido Bliss was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We had the best time at this gorgeous home! There are beautiful views of the ocean and the city, easy access to the Beach Club across the street, every amenity you can think of, plus easy walkability to St. Armand’s Circle. Perfection! We had the best, most relaxing time and are so happy to have stayed there. Thank you

“Another Great Season on LBK!”
This is our 6th year with Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, and as usual Rick has been a great host. The location of the Longboat Key property, known as “Beachplace” is the perfect location to enjoy warm gulf waters and beautiful sunsets. With access to pool and beach, as well as an easy car ride to St. Armands Circle shops and restaurants, this property boasts plenty of golf courses to play, as well as the vibrant downtown Sarasota nightlife to enjoy! We’ve already booked our stay with Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for the 2027 season. Thanks again Rick!
