This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view!! I was looking for a balcony with plenty of comfortable seats and space for my mother to enjoy the beach for her 90th birthday. It could not have been any better. She loved the view! My sisters and I had a wonderful weekend. This is the most beautiful condo and location I have ever found on my many trips to Florida. Rick was also very quick to answer my questions. The checkin/checkout process was so easy. Thank you!
We loved our time here. The condo had everything we could desire and the property was amazing. They set up beach chairs and umbrellas for us daily. The pool was large and refreshing. Thank you Rick for taking great care of us.
The host, Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals), was extremely responsive to our needs. The unit was gorgeous with top of the line Wolf appliances in a state-of-the -art kitchen. When you walk into the condo, you feel like you've walkled into your Stateroom on a cruise ship at sea (only the Stateroom is at least eight times the size of a cruise ship). It is only when you approach the balcony do you realize you're at the beach The condo is one of the largest in Beachplace at over 1500 sq ft according to the host. And speaking of the hosts, they were incredibly responsive to our every need. I can't say enough about the service they provided. Not all property managers are created equal. Rick and Katie excel at providing the best service possible.

The condo was awesome. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything you could want. It was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, bath needs, beach towels, extra bedding, and plenty more. I highly recommend using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. It's nice to know you don't have to stress when it comes to planning vacation. They do it all for you. Perfect vacation house. Exactly as described. Absolutely no complaints. Location is amazing. House is wonderful! Well stocked and so clean. Pool right outside your door was great with all the privacy you could ask for.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 120 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 119 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
We have rented from Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for the past two years and Rick has been very responsive, positive and extremely helpful when needed, which has not been that often! We would highly recommend using his organization for rentals.
I can't say enough wonderful things about this property! If I have to pick my favorite aspect of this AirBnb, it would have to be location. Only a block from Saint Armands Circle with all the restaurants, shopping and ice cream minutes from your front door. Walk from your front door in the other direction and you are on beautiful Lido beach. Another direction and you can kayak the mangrove tunnels. Quick drive over the bridge and you have a centralized location for Downtown Sarasota or pop over to Bradenton, Siesta Key and even Venice for dinner. This introvert/indoor family only spent our time outdoors and walking around the beautiful island. The house and property are the perfect size for a family vacation with children. Not too big to get overwhelmed with keeping tidy, but definitely not small and everyone has space. Hosts provided everything we needed for the household and plenty of equipment to take to the beach or on a quick bike ride! We are already making plans to make this our "summer spot" for years to come!!
