Fantastic accommodation for my parents at 8-603 Beach Place from October 14 to Nov 15, 2025.
Rick met us when we first arrived at the property and explained clearly to my parents how everything worked. The Condo was fitted out to a very high standard and everything was very clean. My parents were delighted and really couldn’t have asked for anything more on their vacation. We have rented from Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for the past two years and Rick has been very responsive, positive and extremely helpful when needed, which has not been that often! We would highly recommend using his organization for rentals.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee and any HOA fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
Your Review: Our stay at Beachplace was just wonderful. The apartment was clean, well appointed and spacious . The location was perfect for both a relaxing day at the pool/beach or to explore further afield.
We had one issue with the A/C, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently by Rick who organized the repair company and kept us informed.
We would definitely stay again.
Our 2nd time to stay at this house! Price point and location (with a pool) cannot be beat on St Armands Circle. Evening walks to the Circle for ice cream is our favorite activity.
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and modern. It had incredible views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was always very warm. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. They set up umbrellas and chairs every day, which was very nice. The people who work at the complex are very warm and friendly. The host was also very friendly and responded quickly to any inquiries (though we didn't have many because everything went smoothly). Would definitely recommend staying here!
