We had a great month at Beachpace and loved 3-304. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying watching the Gulf of Mexico. Wonderful to go to the beach and have everything already set up for you. This was our sixth year renting a unit through Rick and our first year at Beachplace. We could have not been more pleased. The unit had an excellent location, was clean and very well maintained. There were activities at the complex almost every day including the annual golf outing at the Longboat Key Club. We immediately signed a lease for next year and cannot wait to come back.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
We loved this condo. It was well taken care of and had everything we needed. Beachplace was a great community with very nice staff and friendly guests to meet. Rick was very helpful along the way. The Beach was amazing and they set up our chairs every day for us! We can not wait to come back.
This was my first time renting from Florida Gulf Coast, and it was a very positive experience. Rick and Katie were there to greet me when I arrived. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and had beautiful gulf views. Rick helped me connect to the internet and helped me set-up my Roku, which was much appreciated. He also was very responsive to a few issues that cropped up in the early days of my stay and resolved the few concerns that I had in a timely and professional way. I was very pleased with my stay and will be renting from them again for the 2023 season. My understanding is this owner only rents 1 x per year in winter, so I was lucky to rent it.

Thanks Rick Benninghove at Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. Communication was excellent, with replies to questions within minutes, the check-in process was quick and seamless. The added information regarding the parking pass and local attractions was appreciated. The pictures online were beautiful and accurate- the condo itself is- just beautiful! Information inside the condo regarding local hospitals, the trash chute location, and turtle watch procedures were also appreciated. Overall an excellent experience!
