This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view!! I was looking for a balcony with plenty of comfortable seats and space for my mother to enjoy the beach for her 90th birthday. It could not have been any better. She loved the view! My sisters and I had a wonderful weekend. This is the most beautiful condo and location I have ever found on my many trips to Florida. Rick was also very quick to answer my questions. The checkin/checkout process was so easy. Thank you!

This home was exactly what my family of 5 was looking for in a rental. The pool and backyard was private and fenced in. We could walk to St Armand’s Circle in less than 5 minutes. There were 2 beaches within walking distance. One with a pavilion and the northern beach which is less crowded. They provide a wagon to fill with all the necessary beach gear. Pictures don’t do the size justice. We had plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/family room for us all to have our own space. Percent house and location!

The property was as advertised! Beautiful water views and sounds of the waves could be heard from both balconies. Beds were very comfortable and we were pleased with all the space and storage in the bedrooms and closets. Well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. A quiet property and unit. We will be back next year!

“Our vacation stay”
Condo made us feel like we were at home. Rick and his staff at Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals did their normal great job of being available when needed and is by far the best agency in the rental business. The condo condition, location and provided essentials were excellent and highly recommended. We have already rented for 4 months in 2026 and look forward to our upcoming visits. After four years of renting in the LBK area, we have finally found our forever rental when available.

Lido Bliss was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We had the best time at this gorgeous home! There are beautiful views of the ocean and the city, easy access to the Beach Club across the street, every amenity you can think of, plus easy walkability to St. Armand’s Circle. Perfection! Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals is an outstanding company. The owner Rick does an incredible job with the scheduling, the communication, and all things customer service. He makes sure all of your needs are met from start to finish, and if there is ever any need to contact Rick during your stay, he is easily accessible. The property (Beachplace building 3, unit 205) is an outstanding unit. It’s clean and really close to the beach and the pool. It comes equipped with pretty much anything you need to enjoy your stay. I have used Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for many years, and will never use any other service. I’m so glad to have found Rick and his company!
