“:A memorable stay on the Gulf Coast”
A memorable stay on the Gulf Coast Your Review: We spent February and March at Beachplace with a frontal view of the Gulf. There were endless sunsets. All of them different. We knew Beachplace well since we had owned a unit there for about 20 years. We were familiar with the pools, the gym, the pickle ball courts and more. The unit was well-equipped, light and easy to feel at home in. Dealing with Rick was easy. From the beginning with all of the paperwork, to receiving necessary information upon arrival. There were no problems. When we had a few minor technical glitches in the beginning of our stay Rick was there immediately with hands-on help to resolve the issues. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable and easy to deal with. We would strongly recommend staying at Beachplace and doing business with Rick.

We had a wonderful time in LBK and the Beachplace facility was as good as usual. We love the place for its friendlyness. The service provided by our provider was simply outstanding. The host, Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals), was extremely responsive to our needs. The unit was gorgeous with top of the line Wolf appliances in a state-of-the -art kitchen. When you walk into the condo, you feel like you’ve walkled into your Stateroom on a cruise ship at sea (only the Stateroom is at least eight times the size of a cruise ship). It is only when you approach the balcony do you realize you’re at the beach The condo is one of the largest in Beachplace at over 1500 sq ft according to the host. And speaking of the hosts, they were incredibly responsive to our every need. I can’t say enough about the service they provided. Not all property managers are created equal. Rick and Katie excel at providing the best service possible.

Perfect vacation house. Exactly as described. Absolutely no complaints. Location is amazing. House is wonderful! Well stocked and so clean. Pool right outside your door was great with all the privacy you could ask for.

“Our vacation in Longboat Key”
Unit 301 in Building 3 at Beach Place. As usual, Rick did an outstanding getting the unit ready for us and attending to questions we had during our stay which were very few. The unit has a great view of the Gulf and the Pool area, very close to both and well worth the price we paid. We were able to check in a day early and also stayed an extra week which was handled by Rick in a very professional and timely manner. we highly recommend this location and also recommend using Rick and Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for any rental arrangements in the future.

The property was as advertised! Beautiful water views and sounds of the waves could be heard from both balconies. Beds were very comfortable and we were pleased with all the space and storage in the bedrooms and closets. Well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. A quiet property and unit. We will be back next year!
