What an amazing time we had in LBK, our condo was beautiful nothing missed when it came to top of the line…all the way down to the All-Clad pts and pans. The best part were the stunning views…This condo is a MUST!

“Superb vacation”
We are regular visitors to Florida and have stayed in many homes. This house has been the the best we have ever stayed in. Everything you need and pure luxury. The location is fantastic with a short stroll to the beach and restaurants. We look forward to our next stay there.

Booked Beachplace 3503 with Rick Benninghove for May 2023. We were looked after from day one when Rick met us at Beachplace and thereafter he was available for any queries. Highest regard for his professionalism and his attention to detail. Would recommend booking a condo through his office for his approachable manner and nothing was too much trouble. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was outstanding: friendly, responsive, and truly attentive. They offered great local recommendations and clearly put a lot of care into making the stay enjoyable. The location was perfect as well—quiet, safe, and close to everything I wanted to explore. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

We really enjoyed Beachplace Bldg #3, Unit 205! We found the unit to be very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. The entire complex is kept up with on a daily basis. Rick was responsive to our inquiries and provided excellent service.
