“Great Stay”
Enjoyed a very comfortable lifestyle in a clean and bright condo, furnished nicely and stocked with all the essentials necessary for a lengthy stay. Attentive Management that responded promptly to any questions or concerns. The best testament that we can provide is that we quickly committed for 2027 !

Beachplace 8-105 by FGC
“Another Month in Paradise !!!”
May 2026 will be our third consecutive vacation in Beachplace 8105, the first being May 2024. We were delighted with the unit on all occasions, and this has not changed after another month there. The unit is is a stunning position being beachfront which is easily accessed using the single flight of steps directly from the unit terrace. The complete renovations Beachplace 8105 had in 2017 have been completed to a very high standard and obviously all renters use it with care, respect to the furniture as everything is still immaculate. I must congratulate Rick from FGCVR as he must somehow control and vet the applications of renters to continue to keep the unit in such immaculate order. Our Daughter and Granddaughter joined us for the last week of our vacation in May 2025 and we missed having them with us again this year, but GCSE’s must prevail! After agreeing an arrival time, we were met by Rick who ensured that we were very happy with the condominium and level of cleaning which was superb. Once again, we give Beachplace 8105 AND the hospitality by Rick and Katie a 5 Star rating, and so much did we enjoy our vacation that a reservation for May 2027 will hopefully be booked very soon. “Great Location with Great Views”
Beachplace is a well maintained complex with a wonderful beach, great pool, and a good hot tub. It’s a nice place for families and has a covered baby pool. The staff is very helpful along with the realtor who rented the unit to us. It’s close to a grocery store and lots of great restaurants. A short drive to St Armands circle with more great restaurants and shopping.

“The perfect place for a girls getaway.”
Lido Bliss was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We had the best time at this gorgeous home! There are beautiful views of the ocean and the city, easy access to the Beach Club across the street, every amenity you can think of, plus easy walkability to St. Armand’s Circle. Perfection! We had the best, most relaxing time and are so happy to have stayed there. Thank you

Club Longboat 332 by FGC
The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. Two balconies overlook the Gulf and tennis courts. It was in a great location on the beach, a walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, CVS, and Publix. Whole Foods was not a bad drive to Sarasota. Tennis and pickleball courts were on site. The office managers and residents were very friendly and invited us to Friday night socials and to join them in playing tennis or pickleball. The kitchen was well stocked. Rick was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful vacation while staying in Lido Key in St. Armands area. The house was nicely equipped, comfortable, and aesthetically nice. The location was perfect with privacy but within walking distance to St Armands restaurants and the Lido Beach. The pool was great for our three kids and the house came with a few floaties and beach chairs making trips to the beach much more enjoyable. We had a few things requiring attention including a new filter on the fridge and the tub jets not working. Both of these were addressed quickly and fixed with no issue. The rental company allowed for some flexibility with check in and check out which I was incredibly grateful for especially traveling with younger kids. Overall, this Airbnb was an amazing experience and one of our favorite trips, we would definitely stay again.
