Rick and Katie are excellent hosts and we would recommend them for any properties they represent. The home was very nice and suitable for families with children. Excellent location for beach, groceries, shopping and restaurants.

Rick was incredible! He helped our family in a pinch and got us set up nicely. Rick was quick to respond and helpful in getting us anything we needed. 100% recommend this stay!
Beachplace 4 – 505 (3BR) by FGC
This unit was wonderful! It is very comfortable to stay in this condo. Lots of towels and sheets. Kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. Parking is convenient. Pool is heated and probably the best condominium community pool in the area! Sunrise is beautiful from the condo living room!! Sunsets are spectacular from the balcony or, even better, the beach. From this condo door, your toes are touching the sand in 5 minutes. The condo community is very friendly. We enjoyed ourselves so much at this condo that we will be returning. The condo management was easy to work with and very responsive. Definitely a great find!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was outstanding: friendly, responsive, and truly attentive. They offered great local recommendations and clearly put a lot of care into making the stay enjoyable. The location was perfect as well—quiet, safe, and close to everything I wanted to explore. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

“What a view!”
Extremely happy with our stay at BeachPlace. The condo was very clean and all utilities needed for a comfortable stay were there. Being an older couple, we found access to the beach and to the pool within a easy walk. Being beachfont, the views are amazing especially for sunset. BUT, what made this stay at BeachPlace most comfortable and pleasant was the earnest desire and immediate on going attention Rick provided. Rick was accommodating and resourceful throughout our stay. It was obvious he cared to make our stay relaxing and not eventful. Thank You Rick. Hope to revisit next April.
Beachplace 8-105 by FGC
“Another Month in Paradise !!!”
May 2026 will be our third consecutive vacation in Beachplace 8105, the first being May 2024. We were delighted with the unit on all occasions, and this has not changed after another month there. The unit is is a stunning position being beachfront which is easily accessed using the single flight of steps directly from the unit terrace. The complete renovations Beachplace 8105 had in 2017 have been completed to a very high standard and obviously all renters use it with care, respect to the furniture as everything is still immaculate. I must congratulate Rick from FGCVR as he must somehow control and vet the applications of renters to continue to keep the unit in such immaculate order. Our Daughter and Granddaughter joined us for the last week of our vacation in May 2025 and we missed having them with us again this year, but GCSE’s must prevail! After agreeing an arrival time, we were met by Rick who ensured that we were very happy with the condominium and level of cleaning which was superb. Once again, we give Beachplace 8105 AND the hospitality by Rick and Katie a 5 Star rating, and so much did we enjoy our vacation that a reservation for May 2027 will hopefully be booked very soon. 2025, January-April Rick is the benchmark of exceptional service by rental agents. From the first night when our plane was delayed he made himself available to assist in our entering the condo. Throughout the stay he attended to our every need as he also did for all of his clients. We highly recommend him!

We had a wonderful vacation while staying in Lido Key in St. Armands area. The house was nicely equipped, comfortable, and aesthetically nice. The location was perfect with privacy but within walking distance to St Armands restaurants and the Lido Beach. The pool was great for our three kids and the house came with a few floaties and beach chairs making trips to the beach much more enjoyable. We had a few things requiring attention including a new filter on the fridge and the tub jets not working. Both of these were addressed quickly and fixed with no issue. The rental company allowed for some flexibility with check in and check out which I was incredibly grateful for especially traveling with younger kids. Overall, this Airbnb was an amazing experience and one of our favorite trips, we would definitely stay again.
