We have just completed a one month tenancy at Beachplace, building 2, unit 402 on Longboat Key with Rick Benninghove as the agent for the owner. We found him at all times to be attentive to our every need and extremely professional in the management of his business. We would definitely rate him as a 5 on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest.

“Special vacation”
We have been renting near St. Armand’s Circle for the past 6 years and this was by far our best experience. From my first phone call to Rick B. until our last day, everything was first class. The customer service and professionalism displayed by Rick was the best we’ve experienced. He personally met us at the property to explain the ins and outs of the house with a goodie basket in hand. He was also prompted and courteous when we called to ask questions. He went above and beyond with all our interactions. The home was special- couldn’t have asked for more. It fit our family perfectly. The combination of great customer service and a beautiful home made this a truly special vacation.

“The perfect place for a girls getaway.”
Lido Bliss was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We had the best time at this gorgeous home! There are beautiful views of the ocean and the city, easy access to the Beach Club across the street, every amenity you can think of, plus easy walkability to St. Armand’s Circle. Perfection! We really enjoyed Beachplace Bldg #3, Unit 205! We found the unit to be very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. The entire complex is kept up with on a daily basis. Rick was responsive to our inquiries and provided excellent service.

7-202 is a beautiful rental in a peaceful location close to the beach. We would like to mention that every detail and every corner of the interiors and exteriors are built with love and perfect taste. Happy to recommend this place, and looking forward to coming back.

“Great Experience!”
This was my first time renting from Florida Gulf Coast, and it was a very positive experience. Rick and Katie were there to greet me when I arrived. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and had beautiful gulf views. Rick helped me connect to the internet and helped me set-up my Roku, which was much appreciated. He also was very responsive to a few issues that cropped up in the early days of my stay and resolved the few concerns that I had in a timely and professional way. I was very pleased with my stay and will be renting from them again for the 2023 season. My understanding is this owner only rents 1 x per year in winter, so I was lucky to rent it.
