This was the 5th year we have rented this apartment. Rick greeted us upon arrival and assisted us with the luggage. The apartment was very clean and orderly. Rick was always available for any questions or concerns and extremely responsive. We have always enjoyed our stays using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals and will continue to use them is future years.
Rick Benninghove was responsive to all my needs be it small or large.
He is impeccable, personable , and has excellent communication skills with tenant.
I would recommend Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals as my first choice in Florida.
A memorable stay on the Gulf Coast
Your Review: We spent February and March at Beachplace with a frontal view of the Gulf. There were endless sunsets. All of them different. We knew Beachplace well since we had owned a unit there for about 20 years. We were familiar with the pools, the gym, the pickle ball courts and more. The unit was well-equipped, light and easy to feel at home in.
Dealing with Rick was easy. From the beginning with all of the paperwork, to receiving necessary information upon arrival. There were no problems. When we had a few minor technical glitches in the beginning of our stay Rick was there immediately with hands-on help to resolve the issues. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable and easy to deal with.
We would strongly recommend staying at Beachplace and doing business with Rick.
This condo is so clean and bright. So convenient to the Beach and Beachplace has every amenity you could imagine. We played pickleball and used the pool and beach almost every day. Easy access to St Armand's and downtown as well. We will be back.
Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals is an outstanding company. The owner Rick does an incredible job with the scheduling, the communication, and all things customer service. He makes sure all of your needs are met from start to finish, and if there is ever any need to contact Rick during your stay, he is easily accessible.
The property (Beachplace building 3, unit 205) is an outstanding unit. It's clean and really close to the beach and the pool. It comes equipped with pretty much anything you need to enjoy your stay.
I have used Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for many years, and will never use any other service. I'm so glad to have found Rick and his company!
We had a great month at Beachpace and loved 3-304. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying watching the Gulf of Mexico. Wonderful to go to the beach and have everything already set up for you. We had the privilege of staying in an ocean-front unit at Beachplace last January for the entire month. This was our first month away for the winter and it couldn't have been more relaxing and special. The entire complex is beautifully maintained and cared for. It was wonderful to have the beach and all the chairs set out each day, but also nice to have access to the pool and hot tub. Our specific unit was very super nice, super clean, and very convenient. And the view! We made a point every day to be front and center on our balcony to watch the beautiful sun drop into the ocean. Spectacular colors and shows--each a little bit different from the other. Our time was spent exploring the area but also just leisurely walking along the beach. Heaven. So much so that we booked January for 2023!
Great house to rent super close to the beach. Rick was very responsive to any questions that we had. I would recommend this property plan on coming here again.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee and any HOA fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

Rick has a beautiful and peaceful condo overlooking spectacular views that never grow old. Our time there flew by and we were very sorry to leave. Rick is a wonderful host and truly made us feel like we were in our own home. Looking forward to returning next year.

The condo was perfect. Our favorite parts were the comfy beds and the ocean views! We loved staying at this condo. It was clean and welcoming. The pool and beach are super close so it was easy to go back and forth which was really perfect as we had our 10 month old twins with us. I hope we can come back and stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was beautiful with amazing views. The beach was gorgeous and not overly crowded. The neighborhood was nice, super convenient location to the pool and the beach. Rick was super responsive and always replied quickly. Would definitely love to stay here again!!

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view!! I was looking for a balcony with plenty of comfortable seats and space for my mother to enjoy the beach for her 90th birthday. It could not have been any better. She loved the view! My sisters and I had a wonderful weekend. This is the most beautiful condo and location I have ever found on my many trips to Florida. Rick was also very quick to answer my questions. The checkin/checkout process was so easy. Thank you!

Thanks Rick Benninghove at Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. Communication was excellent, with replies to questions within minutes, the check-in process was quick and seamless. The added information regarding the parking pass and local attractions was appreciated. The pictures online were beautiful and accurate- the condo itself is- just beautiful! Information inside the condo regarding local hospitals, the trash chute location, and turtle watch procedures were also appreciated. Overall an excellent experience! We enjoyed our time in Beachplace building 3, unit 304. Rick Benninghove gave us absolutely world class service on our one-month rental. He answered every phone call by the second ring, he took us to the property and spend plenty of time with us to make sure we were well taught in every aspect of living there, during the rental nothing we called about was ever too much trouble for him, and he kept every promise he made. I called several other agents about rental properties, and none were as responsive as Rick. I would not hesitate to go back to him again.
We loved our time here. The condo had everything we could desire and the property was amazing. They set up beach chairs and umbrellas for us daily. The pool was large and refreshing. Thank you Rick for taking great care of us.
Rick was outstanding as our rental agent! At all times he showed professionalism and great attention to detail throughout our tenancy. We have had him for a few weeks years and the quality of his service has been consistent. We would strongly recommend him to any potential tenants.
