On the soft white sand beaches of Longboat Key, Beach Place offers 31 luxury acres and 1450 linear feet of beach. More beachfront than any other condo on Longboat Key. Resort Style Amenities include large community pool and exercise facility.

Beautiful beachfront unit on the 5th floor with amazing beach and sunset views. 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with many modern upgrades. Master bedroom has a king bed and second bedroom has two twins. The master bath is a walk-in shower. Second bathroom is tub/shower combo. Come make this your home for a month or more.

30 day rental required. It is located in Beachplace, which is a premier gated community on South Longboat.

There is ample closet space throughout, with a washer/dryer in-unit. The condo has high speed wireless internet and cable TV, water and electric included in price.

Has new windows and doors installed.

The well-maintained and gorgeous grounds include the following amenities:

Cancellation Policy

Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

This was my first time renting from Florida Gulf Coast, and it was a very positive experience. Rick and Katie were there to greet me when I arrived. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and had beautiful gulf views. Rick helped me connect to the internet and helped me set-up my Roku, which was much appreciated. He also was very responsive to a few issues that cropped up in the early days of my stay and resolved the few concerns that I had in a timely and professional way. I was very pleased with my stay and will be renting from them again for the 2023 season. My understanding is this owner only rents 1 x per year in winter, so I was lucky to rent it.

":A memorable stay on the Gulf Coast"

A memorable stay on the Gulf Coast Your Review: We spent February and March at Beachplace with a frontal view of the Gulf. There were endless sunsets. All of them different. We knew Beachplace well since we had owned a unit there for about 20 years. We were familiar with the pools, the gym, the pickle ball courts and more. The unit was well-equipped, light and easy to feel at home in. Dealing with Rick was easy. From the beginning with all of the paperwork, to receiving necessary information upon arrival. There were no problems. When we had a few minor technical glitches in the beginning of our stay Rick was there immediately with hands-on help to resolve the issues. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable and easy to deal with. We would strongly recommend staying at Beachplace and doing business with Rick.

our stay was wonderful, place is bigger then the pictures. Very clean and stylish house, very comfortable furniture and beds. Surrounding areas were awesome, beach walkable distance but we loved taking the beach bikes.. bars, restaurants and boutiques shop within a 2 block walk from house, downtown Sarasota so close and beautiful. Everything from beach to outdoor activities( tennis, pickle ball, biking, waking, jogging and kayak) at your door step would definitelty rent again. Thank you Marisa
