We have rented from Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for the past two years and Rick has been very responsive, positive and extremely helpful when needed, which has not been that often! We would highly recommend using his organization for rentals.
We could not have enjoyed our Longboat Key stay any more. Rick was always responsive and attentive. The house was well-equipped and ready upon arrival. This was such a special family time for us, and the Longboat Club Road home was perfect for our needs and stay.

We really enjoyed Beachplace Bldg #3, Unit 205! We found the unit to be very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The unit had everything we needed.
The entire complex is kept up with on a daily basis. Rick was responsive to our inquiries and provided excellent service.
Condo made us feel like we were at home. Rick and his staff at Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals did their normal great job of being available when needed and is by far the best agency in the rental business. The condo condition, location and provided essentials were excellent and highly recommended. We have already rented for 4 months in 2026 and look forward to our upcoming visits. After four years of renting in the LBK area, we have finally found our forever rental when available.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee and any HOA fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

My family spent December 2024 at Beachplace in Longboat Key. The place was great. Bravo to the team at Beachplace for repairing the damage from the two recent hurricanes. Many of the other buildings on the Key were not so lucky.
The unit was recently updated and very well appointed. Our stay was wonderful. I would highly recommend Rick and his team at Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.
This unit is on the front corner with a great beach view and walk-down for easy pool and beach access. Unit was well equipped and comfortable. I will return

We have used this company multiple times and each time the service has been perfect from start to finish. Rick is great to deal with. He makes sure all of your needs are met from the very beginning. The communication is great, very strong attention to detail, and Rick is very easy to reach and responsive if there are any needs. We recently stayed at Beachplace building 3, unit 205. The condo was awesome. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything you could want. It was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, bath needs, beach towels, extra bedding, and plenty more. I highly recommend using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. It's nice to know you don't have to stress when it comes to planning vacation. They do it all for you.
