This condo is so clean and bright. So convenient to the Beach and Beachplace has every amenity you could imagine. We played pickleball and used the pool and beach almost every day. Easy access to St Armand's and downtown as well. We will be back.

"Beachplace" is the perfect location to enjoy warm gulf waters and beautiful sunsets. With access to pool and beach, as well as an easy car ride to St. Armands Circle shops and restaurants, this property boasts plenty of golf courses to play, as well as the vibrant downtown Sarasota nightlife to enjoy! "Rick's place was just lovely - very clean, spacious and uncluttered. All amenities were top-notch! The kitchen was well stocked, making us feel like we were home. There were also plenty of linens - both bath and bed as well as pool towels. Rick was very accommodating in helping us get in early, he was proactive, warm, friendly and responsive. Couldn't ask for more!"
What an amazing time we had in LBK, our condo was beautiful nothing missed when it came to top of the line...all the way down to the All-Clad pts and pans. The best part were the stunning views...This condo is a MUST!
We enjoyed our time in Beachplace building 3, unit 304. Rick Benninghove gave us absolutely world class service on our one-month rental. He answered every phone call by the second ring, he took us to the property and spend plenty of time with us to make sure we were well taught in every aspect of living there, during the rental nothing we called about was ever too much trouble for him, and he kept every promise he made. I called several other agents about rental properties, and none were as responsive as Rick. I would not hesitate to go back to him again.
We have had excellent service from Rick, and enjoyed our stays on Longboat Key. The apartments are clean, well-equipped and the service from Rick is excellent. Iris
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was outstanding: friendly, responsive, and truly attentive. They offered great local recommendations and clearly put a lot of care into making the stay enjoyable. The location was perfect as well—quiet, safe, and close to everything I wanted to explore. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. A fantastic experience from start to finish!
The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. Two balconies overlook the Gulf and tennis courts. It was in a great location on the beach, a walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, CVS, and Publix. Whole Foods was not a bad drive to Sarasota. Tennis and pickleball courts were on site. The office managers and residents were very friendly and invited us to Friday night socials and to join them in playing tennis or pickleball. The kitchen was well stocked. Rick was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!
We could not have enjoyed our Longboat Key stay any more. Rick was always responsive and attentive. The house was well-equipped and ready upon arrival. This was such a special family time for us, and the Longboat Club Road home was perfect for our needs and stay.
We would highly recommend Rick and FL Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee and any HOA fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
Lido Bliss was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We had the best time at this gorgeous home! There are beautiful views of the ocean and the city, easy access to the Beach Club across the street, every amenity you can think of, plus easy walkability to St. Armand's Circle. Perfection!
